Welcome to the HotelMap referral program, where you can refer as many organisations as potential new HotelMap clients as your heart desires – we're not putting a cap on your entrepreneurial spirit!

However, you can't refer yourself, or be a working with us already. Your referrals must be new prospects who aren't currently working with us or in discussions with our sales team. To qualify, referrals need to sign a minimum 12-month contract with an annual value of at least £10,000. All referrals must come through your unique referral link to be eligible and if multiple people try to claim the same referral? It's like calling shotgun – the first one in wins.

Great teams are built through great connections. We're seeking exceptional individuals who stand out for their problem-solving abilities and collaborative approach. If you know someone whose work consistently impresses you, please encourage them to get in touch.

When referring potential team members, these must be for permanent positions only. Your candidates should not have previously applied to HotelMap, and rewards will be sent after they've successfully completed their probation period. As with business referrals, all recommendations must come via your unique referral link.

We value your network and recommendations. To thank you for your successful referral, you'll receive a $1,000 Roomcard. Business referral rewards are issued within 30 days of contract completion, whilst team referral rewards are provided after the successful completion of probation.

The Roomcard is yours and yours alone (no gifting it to your mother-in-law), you can't swap it for cash and you'll have 12 months to use it on a getaway. Standard Roomcard terms apply.

For your referral to be valid, it must come through your designated HotelMap referral link. Whilst we appreciate all recommendations, HotelMap retains final decision-making authority and we may adjust programme terms periodically. All personal data is handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
